Call log not showing recent calls

If your call list in Hiya Spam Blocker isn’t showing recent calls, try these steps.

iPhone

1. Go to Settings → Apps → Hiya and make sure Contacts permission is enabled

2. Open Hiya Spam Blocker and pull down on the call list to refresh

3. If still empty, force-close the app (swipe up from app switcher) and reopen it

Android

1. Go to Settings → Apps → Hiya → Permissions and ensure Phone and Call Logs are set to Allow

2. Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → Hiya → Storage → Clear Cache

3. Reopen Hiya Spam Blocker

If calls still don’t appear

Uninstalling and reinstalling Hiya Spam Blocker will reset permissions and rebuild the call list. If your Premium subscription is not restored automatically, go to Settings → Restore subscription
